Formation and development of the system of innovations on the basis of mergers and acquisitions

The article studies the mechanism of formation and development of innovative processes, innovative economy on the basis of certain forms, methods, instruments of corporate mergers and acquisitions. Essence of structure of innovations, innovative processes on the modern stage of development of world economy is determined. A mechanism and factors of forming and development of the system of innovative processes, innovative economy are grounded. Corporate mergers and acquisitions, as a specific method of formation and development of the system of innovations, is analysed. The substantial results of formation of the innovative system on the basis of mergers and acquisitions are determined.References
