The role of financial centers in the post-crisis transformation of the global monetary system

The article defines the role of the world's financial centers in the global monetary system in the context of the impact of post-crisis transformation. It is proved that for a competitive financial center are crucial three points: the effective integration of the country's economy, showing steady growth based on a stable currency and financial policy definition; liberal tax and legal conditions that do not affect the financial operations and investments and enabling efficient allocation of funds; acting developed banking, stock exchange and insurance system with a clear market supervision. The main channels of the motion of global financial flows and types of international financial centers. The evaluation of the present state of the world's largest financial centers with the help of expert assessments and instrumental sensitivity factors.References
