The imperatives of development of national financial services market.

Abstract

The current trends of the national market for financial services, which are interconnected with some features of the functioning of the global financial services markets, are investigated in the article. Imperatives of their development are: the internationalization of financial markets and the globalization of financial flows, increasing concentration of monetary and industrial capital, expanding the scope of activities of financial corporations, activation of trading activities of non-financial corporations as financial services providers, have been identified as fundamental. The study identified factors that determine the essential characteristics of the national financial services market at the macroeconomic level, its organizational and institutional structure, as well as the mechanism of interaction between its elements (by certain specialized financial institutions, financial assets, business entities, the legislative bodies and specific well-established connections between market participants). It was also proposed the anti-crisis strategy for the development one of the financial intermediaries of financial services market, if the market doesn’t perform its primary function. The implementation of this strategy make possible to survive financial intermediaries in crisis and receive positive financial result that will provide their competitive and efficiency of financial services market as a whole.
