To assess the extent and methods of unauthorized export of capital.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study and generalization of domestic and foreign scientific works of approaches to the assessment of the unauthorized export of capital. It is accented on that successful prevention from a country needs a study next to reasons and methods of such illegal activity the unauthorized export of capitals, on what it is necessary to direct effort the state. As practice shows, are now widely used both existing and new schemes of unauthorized export of capital. In this regard, the estimation of modern condition of economic security of Ukraine in case of export of capital depends on the study of the main ways of its implementation. Analyzed classification of the main groups of methods to assess the scale of the unauthorized export of capital, as well as characterizing the ways of unauthorized export of capital from Ukraine. It is proved that, when the Commission examined in crimes and offences can be used offshore zones as the main tool to export and money laundering.
