The labour Productivity as factor of influence on the competitiveness of economy of Ukraine.

Abstract

On the modern stage of development of economy of Ukraine examining the questions of the labour and ways of its increase (or obsnovannoy adjustments) productivity is impossible without the increase of organizational level of labour, that can partly compensate the deficit of financial resources for the increase of tekhniko-technological level – factor of growth of the labour productivity. In the article competition position of Ukraine is certain on the index of the labour productivity, the factors of influence are certain on the labour productivity in a country and their estimation is given on the row of basic indexes in the context of disproportionateness international comparisons. Reasons of the low labour productivity are certain in Ukraine. Complex recommendations are developed on introduction of measures, directed on the increase of the labour productivity with the purpose of overcoming of critical lag from the developed countries of the world, overcoming of disproportions on the increase of the labour of Ukraine and developed countries productivity and certain direction on the increase of the labour productivity, consisting of primary priority and operative purposes achievement of which is provided by the grounded growth of expenses on payment of labour at all levels of national economies.
