The problems of implementation of sustainable human development within the context of enterprise management have been considered. Specificity of sustainable personnel development as a combination of components such as economic development, staff and counterparties of the enterprise has been explicated. The necessity of capitalization of sustainable personnel development through investment in employees has been proved. Principles of sustainable personnel development have been proposed.References
