Abstract

The essence and importance of the certification process workers, including HR professionals, it differs from the accreditation and licensing in the context of the impact on the labor market and the economic environment in general are considered. The international experience of certification in HR by analyzing the content of certification programs developed by the most renowned certification organizations from Europe and the USA is studied. Special attention is paid to the classification of the costs and benefits linked with the process of certification of personnel management, which are analyzed at three levels: individual, organizational and professional.
