The article examines trends in wages in Ukraine in general and government officials, among others. Detected some problems in paying of civil servants and proposed measures for its improvement. Thus, depending on the effective formation of the civil servants of the organization wages will improve professionalism, responsibility for the work, the effective functioning of the motivational mechanism of competitive national economy.References
