Abstract

Scientific research hypothesis is based on the assumption that knowledge transfer basis to micro, meso, macro and mega levels is the goal pasionariy innovative and / or hub that absorbs from the environment more resources than necessary only for personal and species survival influence and guide the transformation of the surrounding environment through innovative, institutional, organizational, economic and social levers. It is proved that human is the main carrier of the knowledge. This knowledge inseparable from the human consciousness is the product of human intellectual activity in its penetration into the essence of phenomena, facts and events surrounding the world. It occurs in various forms - as a guess, insight or gradual formation of thought, image or description of the properties of objects surrounding world. Because discrete specific knowledge is needed for people to exchange knowledge, transfer them to other people or to record the fact that the event or phenomenon understood and explained. It was during the exchange, transfer or fixing information knowledge arises as a form of existence and preservation of knowledge.
