Transformation of the EU labour market in the context of labour resource of transnationalization economy

Abstract
The article examines the processes of transformation in the European labour market conditions occurring in the transnationalization of labor resource economy. Analyzed the dynamics of the number of personnel of multinational companies, analyzes the key indicators of development of the European labour market: the employment rate, the structure of the employed population, the unemployment rate, the structure of the unemployed by age, gender and territorial characteristics. Investigated the development of the scope of incomplete and part-time employment in the EU member states. The influence of TNCs on the direction of labor resource flows to the EU labour market. Noted that there are significant differences in the methods of regulation of national labour markets of the EU. Introduces a new (transnational) level of regulation of the European labour market.
