Conceptual bases of the mechanism of state regulation of the commercial insurance system

The purpose of the article is to develop a conceptual approach to improve the mechanism of state regulation of commercial insurance, which is based on the existing concepts of the relationship between market and state regulation of the economy. So, based on the comparative method the concepts of the relationship between market and state regulation of the economy have been analyzed, from the standpoint of advisability of their usage in forming the mechanism of state regulation of commercial insurance. Scientific novelty of the results of the study is the conceptual approach to the formation of mechanism of state regulation of commercial insurance, which is based on the analysis of the objects of state intervention, its scope and depth, forms of influence, which is dictated by the degree of socio-political and economic development of the country, acuteness of the contradictions of economic and social nature. The theoretical and practical significance of the results consists in that the findings tend to strengthen the scientific knowledge in the field of state regulation of insurance that will allow to reasonably approach to forming the strategy of management of developing the system of commercial insurance and will ensure the long-term national stable economic growth.References
