Abstract

The article explores the forms, methods and tools of social and labor conflicts in the enterprises and their impact on staff development. It determines the cause of social and labor conflicts by means a poll on the company to identify potential measures to stabilize the social and labor relations. The article reveales that workers are desperate because it massive delays and widespread non-payment of wages, a sharp decline in living standards, absence of social protection. They had to go to extreme measures, stopping production, conducting spontaneous protests. The growth of problems of social and labor conflict regulation acquired special significance in the 90s of the XX century. At that time conflict potential which was in the basis of labor relations stimulated by economic and financial shocks, unwise management actions, legal illiteracy, imperfect legislation, led to an unprecedented surge tension of both employees of enterprises (organizations), and the general population. The ways to solve social and labor conflicts, which will have no negative impact on the personnel development in the organization are suggested. It is natural, that the conflict has the direct impact on the social environment of the participants, i.e. on the micro and macro environment.
