Modern types of business strategies of corporate philanthropy

The article defined the essence of the concept «corporate philanthropy», and also offered the modern types of strategic corporate philanthropy for their further application of the domestic business companies. Discloses the essence such strategies as: socially responsible investing, social entrepreneurship, social venture funds. More detail disassembled socially responsible investing and its strategy for implementation: screening, shareholder advocacy, community investment. Tools of the charity analyzed depending on the respective assets, which are at the disposal of the company. So the use of financial assets, apply the following tools: targeted charity help their own operating charitable programs, grant programs, corporate stock; and when using non-financial assets «in-kind giving», corporate volunteering, pro-bono services.References
