State support in the field of military-technical cooperation between Ukraine and foreign countries

The problem of strengthening military-technical cooperation between Ukraine and other countries and adjusting tools appropriate policies, including at the institutional and legislative levels. The content of the concept of state support for military-technical cooperation as legally recognized, focused and systematic activities of public authorities on the formation of political and economic means of favorable conditions for the realization of militarytechnical cooperation, both domestically and internationally. Reasonable objectives for organizational, informational, and economic support of military-technical cooperation with the state. On the foreign policy level, the main tasks of the state support of the MTC defined: ensuring conditions for implementation of the policy of state support for MTC of Ukraine in the international market of arms and military equipment; promotion of production of defense enterprises of Ukraine in the international market of arms and military equipment; formation in the international arena positive image of Ukraine as a reliable partner in the field of military-technical cooperation; state guarantees when using offset schemes. On the domestic level, the main tasks of the state support of the MTC are: to ensure regulatory and legal framework of MTC; creating an enabling environment for the development of the domestic defense industry; assist in the formation of an optimal state defense order; the formation of a positive image of the country's defense industry.References
