Organizational and economic mechanisms for implementing strategies to protect the interests of domestic producers

Abstract

In this article the author examines the main problems faced by domestic producers in the current economic environment, with suggestions for their solution. The priority issues for Ukraine to create conditions to protect and promote domestic production is finalizing the regulatory framework and improved organization of state regulation at all levels. The main factors which domestic state regulatory authorities inferior to their foreign counterparts, and formed the basis for improvement directions of state regulation of domestic producers in Ukraine, including: strengthening financial support, access to credit, tariff protection under free trade and promotion of domestic products on domestic and foreign markets. The author argues the need to create in Ukraine agency to take over the functions of monitoring and control of the situation on the domestic and foreign markets. Especially control of the legal framework, standardization, certification, financial support, access product information to consumers of domestic production, exhibition and advertising support for Ukrainian products. A transform the system to protect the economic interests of domestic producers through redistribution of functions and create a state structure to which the responsibility for the implementation of policies and strategies to protect the economic interests of its producers in a market transformation of the national economy
