Forming of effective mechanism of management by intellectual property

Abstract

Essence of concept «Management by intellectual property» is certain in the article. Basic directions over, that must be taken into account during realization of management process by intellectual property, are brought and exposed, namely: planning of control system by intellectual property, creations of the system of motivation of personnel, providing of generuting of ideas, forming to the brief-case of objects of right of intellectual ownership, commercialization of intellectual property, defence of intellectual property, monitoring of management processes by intellectual property. The chart of management mechanism is presented by intellectual property. The actions of management vehicle are enumerated by an enterprise, that is envisaged by a management mechanism by intellectual property. Benefits are indicated for an enterprise from realization of management mechanism by intellectual property. An organizational structure over of management is brought by the intellectual capital of enterprise and her tasks are certain: systematization and analysis of the use of objects of intellectual property; exposure of surplus and necessary objects of intellectual property; determination of dominant object of intellectual property; realization of legal safeguard of intellectual property and her commercialization; stopping of violations of absolute titles, determination of forms and methods of legal safeguard of objects of intellectual property
