Innovation policy in tourism as a display of globalization in the economic system of hotel ménage

In this article examines the development and involvement of innovation in the tourism industry. In particular, regarded specificity implementation of the tourism product in modern conditions and stimulation techniques to develop implementing innovative science and technology in operation of infrastructure components of the tourism industry. Determined that the continuity of innovation processes is a powerful stimulus for the development of tourism as a leading sector of modern management. In this study presents basic factors stimulating and containment processes to attract innovative achievements in tourism business activities. It was suggested means of stimulating human capacity to participate in the implementation of innovation policy on tourist enterprises. The author treats innovation as the latest manifestation of the ideas developed in the form of a product, service or market manipulation, that maximally satisfy the growing needs and demands of the present product or service and to achieve the main goal of both businesses at the same time.References
