The article highlights the stages of development of tripartite partnership state-business -"third sector". The analysis framework of categories and concepts which is used in the research of the topic. Develop the core of the subject about tripartite partnership business - States -'third sector'. Demonstrate the actuality of this partnership at a time of total economic reform and implementation of best international standards in the Ukrainian economy.
