Determination of basic varieties of branch risk of integration co-operation of enterprises of agro industrial complex

Abstract

Dynamic and openness of economic environment, complication of connections between the elements of market mechanism is predetermined by the necessity of acceptance of optimal administrative decisions in relation to realization of integration co-operation, creations of the new integrated structures according to the vagueness of future results. Taking into account the features of integration co-operation of enterprises of agroindustrial complex it is suggested to examine integration risk in accordance with the level of their origin (micro-, mezo-, macrolevel), that allows to distinguish risk, on what enterprises have direct influence, and varieties of risks that is impossible to regulate, but it is necessary to take into account at the acceptance of reasonable administrative decisions in relation to expediency of integration. The typology grouping of negative consequences of influence of branch risk factors during realization of integration processes is conducted, forming and development of new integration structures that are basis for a further analysis and determination of possible negative consequences of integration co-operation of enterprises of agro industrial complex is made.
