Planning and economic work on large agricultural enterprises.

Abstract

The state and ways to improve planning and economic work on large farms as a mandatory component of modern management. The article argues that a prerequisite of effective activity of businesses is restructuring of management in accordance with the new conditions and especially the restructuring of economic management, which in Ukraine traditionally is called planning and economic work. As a leading element of enterprise information system, it includes analysis and forecasts of the environment, planning and analysis of the company and its divisions, organization of material incentives for workers. Proposed new substance of planning and economic work, the essence of which is to move from the technical balancing to the economic balancing of production and marketing of the company. The basis of internal plans of agricultural enterprises system instead of natural balances imposed financial and economic balance of costs and revenues, profits and taxes, investments, loans and sources of coverage, cash expenses and income.
