Abstract

The paper studied the internal and external sources stimulate investment farms Vinnitsa region. The analysis of the investment attractiveness of the region in an integrated system approach to assess the efficiency of the regional economy. Found the main directions of state science and technology policy in the region by creating conditions for innovation-oriented economic development and structural and technological restructuring of production and social spheres. Factors that hinder the activity of investment processes and investment barriers development. Inserted causes decrease in the share of financial security at the expense of foreign investors now the main ways accumulation of investment resources. Particular attention is paid to the depreciation and amortization policies, as well as mortgage, leasing, bank lending and others.
