The paper summarizes theoretical approaches to understanding the public-private partnership defined its essential characteristic form of implementation and main features. Institutional and legal framework of public-private partnership has monitored as the basis for the formation and improvement of public-private partnerships. The experience of developed foreign countries to use PPP as an example of individual sectors.
