Assessment the impact of external factors on the effectiveness of the labour potential of the enterprise

It was found that the process of labor potential formation of the enterprise is affected by a number of internal and external factors that are interrelated. The article determines the relationship of internal and external factors which are affecting at the level and the efficiency of labor potential of agroindustrial enterprises. The scheme of their mutual influence on the labor potential of the enterprise is represented. The object of the study was chosen according to the most typical organizational and legal forms of enterpries’management for the region and this field , in the medium-sized businesses. The subject of external factors of the formation of labor potential of the enterprise is determined and their impact on the labor potential of the enterprise is specified. Using the method of correlation and regression the assessment of impact of external factors on the effectiveness of labor potential is provided, the ranking of these factors is carried into different groups according to the degree and nature of their impact on the financial results of operations.References
