Scientific and educational activities to ensure intellectualization of the national economy

The article deals with issues of the modern scientific and educational activities to ensure intellectualization of the national economy. Established, that among these, the most urgent problems is training qualified specialists, able to provide intellectualization of the national economy. Revealed, that in difficult socio-economic conditions the country rapidly loose their intellectual capital, the formation of which was spent considerable public funds. In order to increase the impact of research and education on the process of intellectualization of the national economy is necessary to: accelerate the development of state programs of research and education in the state, intensify job creation in high-tech areas, to create conditions to limit the migration outflow of highly skilled workersReferences
