The article is devoted to the development of practical guidelines and scientifically based proposals for improving the system of evaluation of managers and specialists of agricultural enterprises. The theoretical analysis of the concept «of personnel». On the basis of the evaluation of personal potential managers and specialists DP NDH «Rodnykivka» concluded that the level of organization 31% of staff management deserves «excellent», 65.4% - «good» and 3.4 - to rated «satisfactory». It was established that the level of managers and specialists is high enough. Overall, at this stage of its existence, the machine control DP NDH «Rodnykivka» is on the average level of development, and therefore has the potential to develop and improve in the future, which in turn will contribute to the achievement of enterprise goals and objectives. Following the comprehensive assessment of administrative work of managers and specialists DP NDH "Rodnykivka" determined that only 30% of managers perform their duties efficiently and respond to posts. The quality of professionals is lower than the quality of managers, only 12% of professionals received the highest score for the quality of their work. The results of the research proposed measures to improve the system of evaluation of managers and specialists DP NDH "Rodnykivka" Uman rayon.References
