Labor market as a factor of intellectual rent

The aricle discusses the methodology of Economic Research. The general methodological approaches in the study of intellectual rent is determined. Objective nature of the labor market rent is presented as part of labor remuneration, which allows the employer to keep the employee on a particular workplace. Those employers who seize the most out of individual properties worker receiving appropriate rents, as opposed to those who normally uses specialists. The desire to obtain rental income market type is constructive for the economic development of character and commitment to nonmarket rent can be destructive. Increasing conflict between the individual and the social character creation and appropriation of intellectual rent leads to increased differentiation and redistribution of income through their market and tax system, an important factor in implementing the distribution of innovation intellectual capital is found in non-compliance of workforce development and organization of society by the nature of the economy, formed in the modern worldReferences
