In this article were analysed modern trends in recreation, which are caused by the changing nature of work in post-industrial society. Although modern technology is a mover of progress, modern economy cannot exist without human’s creativity. Therefore, current issues of strategic directions of the recreational complex of Ukraine suggested to determine based on the most significant factor in the development of the modern world of recreation - a focus on creativity. The article revealed the main features of creative professionals, and especially their recreational needs. Therefore formed purpose, main features and components of the creative recreational complex. Directions of transformation processes of functioning of recreational complex, consisting of a creation of conditions for the formation of creative and recreational complex of Ukraine.References
