Diagnosis of property status of a company

The article considers approaches of the Ukrainian and foreign scholars on the interpretation of the economic substance of categories “property status” and “financial position” of the company. The methodological basis of the study is the fundamentals of economic theory, legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine for evaluating financial activities of enterprises, theoretical and practical studies of national and foreign scientists-economists. Additionally, indicators that characterize the property status of the company are considered and method of their calculation for normative values is given. Diagnosis of the property status of agrarian enterprises in Uman district, Cherkasy region is carried out, including a system of key indicators and factors that caused them to change are investigated.
