International experience ensure interoperability between business and government in economic systems

In the article considered the importance of cooperation between the state and entrepreneurs for development market economy. Such interaction is based on the principles of mutual interest and benefit in addressing common economic and social problems. Showing the essence the basic concepts of economists, which determine the theoretical bases build of cooperation. Its main direction is the optimal combination of methods of state intervention and protection of the market economy from excessive administration. Characterized the main types of relations between government and business that were formed in an evolutionary way in Western countries in the twentieth century. It is proved that the determining factors in their relationship is the state economic policy, purpose and objectives of the functioning of economic system. Indicated that established legal framework for further institutionalization of public-private partnerships in Ukraine.References
