Abstract

The article identified areas of improvement of OSH management systems at Ukrainian enterprises. Highlighted the organizational and psychological barriers to improve OSH management systems in enterprises. In this connection, the necessity of rethinking in terms of the company's management , the role of labour safety departments and its importance in enhancing the overall economic and social indicators. Identified the main objective of improving the quality of OSH management systems, improve their image in comparison with the other departments of the company. Propose specific measures to improve the perception of labour safety departments by related divisions workers, promoting safety among employees, improve the quality of education specialists and head of occupational health services in the enterprise. Considerable attention is paid to the methodological principles of a modern system of safety management in the enterprise. The basic stages of the transition of modern OSH management systems to the foreign management models safety of workers. Studied the potential effects of adapting the OSH management system to international standards.
