Abstract

The article identified points of labour organization development at the firm. The necessity of transformation of modern labour organization subsystem to the functional strategy of the firm, which increases the demands on the quality of information flows. The article proposes a conceptual structural model of remote information support center labour organization. Grouped the main expected results of the implementation of the center of the subsystem organization of labor. The problems and root causes that hinder the development of information technology in the organization of work of the firm. The main activities of the company to achieve a sufficient level of information management subsystem labor organization. The problems of management to improve the coordination of information flow between the different structural units or individual functional groups of employees of the firm, indicated the structure of information, which is necessary to achieve the objectives of labour organization and optimize inside document management.
