Management of strategic changes in activity of the enterprises of ferrous metallurgy in the conditions of globalization and integration processes

Abstract

The Ukrainian industrial enterprises have to provide innovative modernization of industrial sector. The solution of this task demands realization of a number of the changes happening in the conditions of the international globalization and high rates scientifically - technical progress. Thus, activity of the modern industrial enterprises is carried out in the conditions of an intensification of external and internal influences. Thus it is necessary to consider that for the modern industrial enterprise, influence of the changes happening in its external and internal environment is the difficult not closed anthropogenesis system, have difficult nonlinear character. Effective administrative reactions, provides adaptation of the enterprise to the changed conditions, is a necessary condition not only enterprise developments, but also its survival in the competitive environment. Such reaction assumes decision-making at all levels of management, for adaptation of strategy of the enterprise. In the conditions of a stable condition of environment heads can make adaptation decisions on the basis of enterprise experience, having time for their adjustments in case of failure. However studying of experience of the modern Ukrainian enterprises showed that now, taking into account instability and low predictability of a condition of environment and, at the same time, to the high cost of administrative mistakes even at operational level, for the solution of a problem of adaptation of management of operating activities of the enterprise to changes of its external and internal environment is necessary serious the theorist - methodological support.
